 Position Summary:

The Practice Success (PS) Resource Advisor is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and operations of all Practice Success programs and content/subscriptions, and assisting in the empowering of members as they create and build their ideal law businesses, resulting in excellent client/customer service. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for Practice Success Resource Advisor include the following. Other areas of responsibility may be assigned as needed. 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of all coaching, practice building, and Practice Development programs
  • Responsible for tracking and documenting program status, engagement, and member feedback, working closely with the Project Management Office
  • Serve as an advisor to VP of Practice Success to prioritize member needs
  • Assist in the coordination between the PS and marketing teams on member and program communications
  • Provide administrative support to the VP of PS, PS Content Manager, and PS Mentor, as needed
  • Assist in the documentation, planning, and implementation of all coaching, practice building, and PS programs, including member follow-up and accountability
  • Develop both quantitative and qualitative measures of member satisfaction and makes recommendations based on results 
  • Work closely with Member Services team to implement annual membership retention and engagement plan 
  • Participate in group coaching program mentoring calls, as requested
  • Working closely with Member Services and PS Team to ensure timely response to member questions and concerns 
  • Uploading content published by the PS teams to the appropriate platforms 
  • Maintaining the Practice Development and PS webpages including rotating featured section and curating/archiving content 
  • Additional duties upon request

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns.
  • Process and detail-oriented. Able to write department procedures and analyze tracking metrics in SalesForce.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork values and be a positive influence and role model to members and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates initiative and drive to meet goals. Applies creative problem-solving to reach end results. 
  • Dynamic and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to inspire action as well as personal and professional development through a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to hold attorney members accountable to their self-set commitments.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines


  • Associate's degree required
  • Paralegal or other related law office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce a plus
  • Marketing experience with a focus on small business a plus
  • Occasional travel required for training and company events
