SUMMARY:  Every WealthCounsel employee is focused on improving the experience for our thousands of members. The primary role of the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Support Specialist is to support the administration and implementation of WealthCounsel's CLE credit program, including registration and attendance data integrity.   High-level written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong Excel/data entry, and experience with website and/or event/customer platforms are crucial to this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for CLE Support Specialist include the following. Other areas of responsibility may be assigned as needed.

  • Pull attendance reports for live events and send CLE certificates using Swoogo (registration software), SalesForce (CRM), and Zoom Webinar (video webinar platform); 
  • Partner with CLE Specialist to track, update, and improve our on-demand viewing program; enter and update program related data into WealthCounsel member website
  • Manage auto-generated or manual certificates as needed
  • Respond/solve program related inquiries from members and internal departments 
  • Assist with keeping records received from State Bars and other CLE data
  • Cross-train to serve as a backup for processing CLE State Bar applications and attendance reporting


  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must be accurate, organized, and detail-oriented, yet flexible and willing to help where needed
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce and/or other CRMs is a plus
  • Experience with Swoogo and/or other event management system is a plus
  • Experience in administrative and support related tasks in the areas of continuing legal education or similar type events helpful
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and open team environment
  • Occasional travel may be required for company events and meetings.
